  I can't begin to explain how awesome heat custom is. We decided to go into the food truck industry and we came across heat custom. Martin, the owner is very knowledgeable about all the regulations concerning food trucks and the builds the trucks exactly to meet requirements. He also specializes in custom kitchens which is a plus because he can design your truck exactly to your specifications and needs. He has been professional and his team is great. Everyone is a master in their own trade, they work together on the trucks making sure that every detail is taken care of. Heat custom is simply the BEST and when we are ready for our second truck, heat custom is the one to go with. Hope this helps anyone considering starting a food truck. Martin is a really nice guy and I cannot thank him enough for helping us in every way.
